With over 15 years human resources/labour relations experience in government, healthcare and the private sector, Nicole assists organizations in their strategic HR, leadership and talent management needs. She is currently on maternity leave from BC Hydro, where she’s the Manager of Leadership and Talent Programs. She is also part-time faculty at BCIT in the Business Administration program. In addition to assisting at XLsuite, Nicole is on the Advisory Board for a national concierge company, as well as contributing in the not-for-profit sector with the Lifesaving Society of Canada as VP Strategic Planning; as well as fundraising for West Coast LEAF.
